- 4 year degree required
- 5+ years of system/software test experience
- Knowledge of test management tools such as Jira-JTMF.
- Ability to translate business requirements and/or Software Requirements Specifications into test cases
- 4+ years of experience in Test Automation tools such as TOSCA
- Strong coding skills in a preferred language like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with popular automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Coaching and mentoring testers on implementing Tosca best practices and Design
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Expert proficiency in Tosca TestSuite, including its features, modules, and scripting capabilities.
