We are looking for a Field Service Supervisor to join our Group. As a Field Service Supervisor, you lead the daily operations of our service team. Your professional guidance ensures flawless execution of field services, exceeding customer expectations while maintaining profitability.

Which tasks will you perform?
- Ensure that company and customer’s safety guidelines are followed by service staff.
- Build effective team through managing performance of direct reports and authorized service providers; set clear performance goals, have frequent performance conversations to review progress on action plans, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct thorough performance reviews.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and authorized service providers in becoming strong brand ambassadors while maintaining industry leading quality or technical deliverables, soft skills, and business skills.
- Identify, Define, and Implement Continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and audit Process to help achieve company goals and objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction rating is maintained or enhanced whenever interacting with direct reports.
- Help in staffing, training, and performance evaluations of the direct reports and authorized service providers.
- Promote teamwork between all employees, service providers, representative, and other processes.
- Ownership of escalated service opportunities from internal and external customers
- Timely preparation of reports required by service manager.
- Review and approve service proposals and maintain oversight on cost control on major service orders.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators to improve service business and customer satisfaction.
- Regular business and operation review with key stakeholders to meet service business targets and key performance indicators.
- Help in expanding service business and its capabilities.
- Monitor and manage budget and expenditures.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Instrumentation technology or equivalent
- 3 years of supervisor or management experience or an equivalent for managing a technical team
- Critical thinking, self-starter, quick learner, collaboration, problem solving, and effective communication.
- Ability to learn and share knowledge.
- Ability to analyze the information and make business decisions.
- Basic technical knowledge of instrumentation and tools including third party instrumentation is an asset.
