Job Summary
The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting Brand Momentum’s reporting and analytics function by providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and external Clients. Reporting to the Sr. Client Manager, the Business Analyst will support the development and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical solutions that help drive performance visibility and business decision-making. This individual will also work closely with the Client Services and Regional Management Teams to ensure reporting aligns with program goals and client expectations.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Client Manager, the Business Analyst will support the development and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical solutions that help drive performance visibility and business decision-making. This individual will also work closely with the Client Services and Regional Management Teams to ensure reporting aligns with program goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards and scorecards for internal and client use
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and performance gaps
- Assist in developing and enhancing reporting processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and implement changes based on feedback
- Monitor project performance metrics and proactively flag inconsistencies or issues
- Participate in weekly/monthly client meetings and document key discussion points and action items
- Work closely with the Analytics team to validate data sources and support data integrity efforts
- Support the development of client-facing presentations and business reviews with relevant data and insights
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Post-secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Client-focused and responsive to feedback
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
