Principales Responsabilités
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.

- Stimuler les ventes et établir des relations: Atteindre les objectifs de vente et dépasser les attentes en développant des liens avec les clients et en établissant des relations durables. Aider les nouveaux clients et les clients existants à trouver des produits qui répondent à leurs besoins.
- Devenir un expert en vision: Offrir des conseils personnalisés et recommander des solutions de lunettes adaptées au mode de vie et aux préférences de chaque client.
- Apprendre et vous développer: Améliorer vos compétences grâce à une formation pratique et collaborer avec des professionnels expérimentés pour offrir un service de premier ordre.
- Collaborer et contribuer: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe pour maintenir un environnement positif et favorable où chacun contribue à la réussite.
- Créer une atmosphère accueillante au magasin: Garder le magasin propre, organisé et visuellement attrayant, en veillant à ce que les clients profitent d’une expérience de magasinage sans faille.
- Favoriser l’inclusion et le respect: Cultiver un environnement inclusif et respectueux pour les clients et les collègues.
- Passion pour le service à la clientèle: L’expérience en vente au détail ou en service à la clientèle est un atout, mais votre enthousiasme à aider les autres et à créer d’excellentes expériences est essentiel.
- Sens des ventes: Prospérer dans un environnement dynamique, en utilisant vos compétences en communication pour fidéliser les clients et stimuler les ventes.
- Maitrise de la technologie et souci du détail: Aisance à utiliser la technologie pour permettre aux clients de profiter d’une bonne expérience d’achat sans faille.
- La mode: Un vif intérêt pour les lunettes et les tendances de la mode, avec la capacité d’aider les clients à trouver leur look parfait.
