What You’ll Do
The Marketing Specialist leads the charge in customer education, helping our customers understand, adopt, and fully leverage the value of our platforms, while also positioning our brand as a trusted authority in the industry. The Marketing Specialist will develop and deliver educational content including webinars, case studies, help center resources, testimonials, and more. They’ll collaborate with associations, 20 groups, and internal stakeholders to ensure our messaging is relevant, impactful, and tailored to the evolving needs of both current and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer education roadmap — including webinar planning, help center development, and content strategy
- Develop, coordinate, and execute live and on-demand webinars, including scheduling, speaker support, promotion, and follow-up
- Partner with the Insights, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to create case studies, testimonials, and customer stories that support credibility and proof
- Manage the creation and evolution of the online Help Center and self-service tools to support onboarding, product education, and customer success
- Collaborate with industry associations and 20 groups to source relevant content opportunities and educational partnerships
- Identify gaps in customer understanding or engagement and create content to address them
- Track and analyze engagement with education content and continuously optimize for relevance and performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure educational efforts align with broader GTM initiatives
- Support event teams in creating educational sessions, workshops, or panels when applicable
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with associations is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills — especially when translating technical or complex information into digestible content
- Experience hosting or coordinating webinars and live online events is a plus
- Comfort working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Familiarity with help center platforms, marketing automation tools, and/or CMS platforms a plus
- Passion for empowering customers and creating content that delivers real value
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and data-driven with a passion for continual testing and improvement.
- Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a creative environment
- Understanding of modern martech stacks and marketing operations best practices
- Action-oriented and enjoys working hard; energetic and willing to take on challenging assignments; seizes personal development opportunities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, customer education, or communications
