Job Description

  • ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and support our mission of transforming powerline inspections. You will be responsible for assessing the condition of existing transmission structures, analyzing distribution networks and annotating powerline inspection imagery to help identify deficiencies, manage assets and inform improvements. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and provides the opportunity to work at the forefront of powerline data analysis


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicating effectively with the operations team.
    • Assessing transmission structures for defects and deficiencies.
    • Analyzing distribution assets and systems.
    • Annotating powerline hardware and equipment.
    • Training and testing AI models.
    • Testing and evaluating Detect's software tools and processes.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Eligible to work in Canada.
    • Full-time availability.
    • Attention to detail and ability to focus on independent tasks.
    • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
    • Strong computer skills and competencies.
    • Self-motivated.
