People & Culture Business Partner Confidential (Talent Diamond client)
Location: North Vancouver, BC | Model: Hybrid (min. :8 on-site days per 4-week period) | Type: Full-time
Compensation: $83,500$118,800 + comprehensive benefits
About The Role
Partner with leaders to deliver people plans that lift performance and engagement. Youll use data and judgment to diagnose issues, shape solutions, and implement people programs across a complex, mission-driven organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build trusted partnerships with operational leaders; coach on org effectiveness and talent decisions
Implement people programs: engagement, performance, career/succession, workforce planning, rewards
Use data/insights to spot trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend practical actions
Support employee relations with a balanced, consultative approach
Lead/assist change initiatives using sound project and change methodology
Collaborate across People, Culture & Sustainability to ensure integrated delivery
Present updates and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years in HR (business partner/advisory/senior operational HR)
Post-secondary in HR, Business, or related field; CPHR/CHRP an asset
Broad HR toolkit: ER, engagement, talent & succession, performance, rewards
Strong data skills: diagnose, interpret, and communicate insights clearly
Proven ability to influence at all levels; confident presenter/facilitator
Experience delivering programs end-to-end with project/change methods
