Integration & Verification Engineer

We are currently seeking a qualified Integration & Verification Engineer to join our team. The Integration & Verification Engineer will support integration and verification testing for safety critical projects, ensuring systems meet rigorous safety and performance standards.

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Hybrid (In-office Mondays and Tuesdays)

Responsibilities

• Perform system, subsystem, and software requirement analysis to define validation methods and test cases
• Execute integration and commissioning tests in-plant and at project sites
• Prepare and execute test procedures and automation scripts
• Document test results, anomalies, and defects using formal reporting tools
• Conduct traceability analysis and design reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company test processes and railway systems
  
  

Qualifications

• B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience testing embedded real-time systems
• Experience with mission-critical systems
• Strong understanding of test methods and procedures
• Technical writing proficiency
• Railway industry experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with SelTrac or similar railway signaling systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
