Bayshore Home Care Solutions, Niagara Branch is looking for a passionate and caring Social Worker to join our growing team When you join Bayshore, you join a branch team and workplace culture that supports your Social Work practice.
In return, you provide exceptional client services that support our organizational goals and client outcomes, in the local community sector
Casual, Part Time or Full Time Employee or Independent Contractor option, permanent position
Community work environment with a mix of in-person and virtual client visits
Flexible “make your own” Schedule. Work Monday - Friday, Weekends or combination of both
Rate of Pay: $100 - $110 per visit
Scheduling Area: Niagara Region
The Social Worker, under the direction of the Clinical Manager- Branch level, is responsible for completion of professional activities that include: assessment, treatment, education, referrals for service and management of clients requiring social work intervention, in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications:

Social Worker degree required.
At least one year experience in a similar position considered an asset.
Driver’s license and vehicle.
