The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are: friendly, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible, has a love for learning, is confident and outgoing.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
• Greeting all in-store customers
• Provide administrative support and ordering dealership supplies
• Supporting our Sales, Parts and Service Departments with daily tasks (stocking shelves, assisting with displays, etc.)
• Assist with general showroom cleanliness and organization
• Promoting strong communication between departments and fellow staff members
  
  

Key Qualifications

• Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
• Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
• A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
• Powersports and Marine experience is considered an asset
