- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding company products and services.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist with customer support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferred or combination of
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events.
