- We bring SAP technical expertise across technical PMO, architecture, integration, data & reporting, security, custom development, system build & administration, and testing.
- We’ve worked with some of the biggest enterprises in utilities and the public sector such as Hydro One, Liberty Utilities, the Government of Canada, and the Province of Ontario.
- We’re a team of 50+ staff and a network of 200+ alumni with 17+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into architected, thoroughly tested solutions that effectively utilize the capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform, while ensuring scalability to support future growth.
- Acquire functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and modify Microsoft Power Platform components, forms, dashboards, reports, and style guides.
- Develop reports using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Develop plugins to integrate with existing DFO systems, such as GCDOCS, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Customize entity and security models.
- Design a consistent user interface and user experience as defined by the client.
- Develop, execute, and document unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
- Provide operational support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Document standards and best practices for the development, testing, documentation, and operational support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Create detailed estimates of the level of effort required for component development.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and in good standing Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification, or an equivalent certification* such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience as an Application Software Architect
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years developing Power Platform solutions.

- Highly organized: You think in systems and process, create structure in ambiguity, and relentlessly prioritize to pursue what drives the business forward.

- Clear communicator: You are an excellent writer (memos, slides) and excel at distilling complex information into simple messaging.
- Outcomes driven: You collaborate with your clients, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and ruthlessly prioritize to meet those needs.
