About

Reporting to the Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for carrying out the complete validation of financing contracts before their funding to ensure their compliance. You will work in collaboration with the various departments (sales, credit, operations, accounting, etc.) to efficiently process transactions and provide excellent service to our partners while ensuring that contracts comply with policies and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out the usual verifications to ensure data compliance;
  • Perform final contract validation according to internal company policies and forward payment instructions to accounting for disbursement (V2);
  • Validate various documents to ensure that they meet legal standards and internal policies;
  • On request, carry out various searches to secure and facilitate the processing of new fundings;
  • Integrate data into the various systems;
  • Archive documents;
  • Collaborate with other team members to update departmental policies and procedures;
  • Share any continuous improvement ideas for the department;
  • All other related tasks.

The Profile We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Post-secondary education in administration or law
  • Team-oriented;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently;
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good adaptability
  • Decisiveness and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities well
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Bilingualism to serve customers all across Canada (French and English. An asset)
