Our client in the healthcare services space has an immediate need for a junior accounting clerk with strong administrative and reception skills for a 4+ month contract
Duties
- Preparing, coding and entering invoices for payment.
- Produce reports, letters, memos and email.
- Filing and maintain filing system for all relevant files.
- Administrative support to HSS Manager and Service Coordinators
- Provide daily back-up and coverage for reception and front desk
- Community College Diploma in Business or Office Administration, Medical Administration or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the medical or healthcare office is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of general office procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technology skills
- Experience with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook are required
