What You’ll Do

• You will be providing support services for the Land Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Modernization Project within the Department of National Defence.
  
  

What You'll Need

Mandatory Qualifications

• Must be a Canadian Citizen
• Undergraduate’s degree in engineering, science, or technical field from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution, or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service
  
  

Required Experience

• Experience developing architecture in a minimum of one (1) of the following:
• System-of-Systems level architecture for C4ISR systems;
• System requirements gathering for complex systems;
• System level architecture for command and control communication and information systems within a distributed platform environment;
• System level architecture for command-and-control communication and information system, with a Client/Server environment;
• ISTAR System level architecture for Military C4ISR systems; and/or
• Data architecture definition and implementation for C4ISR systems or similar systems.
• Analyzing, designing and/or implementing solutions in a minimum of one (1) of the following:
• Command-and-control communication and information systems within a distributed platform;
• Command-and-control communication and information systems within a client/server environment;
• Military ISTAR systems;
• Joint or allied C4ISR Interoperability solutions using NATO Standardization Agreements; and/or
  
  

System management solutions (tools and processes) for communications and information systems and/or ISTAR systems.

• Experience in system integration, verification and validation for hardware and software components (commercial off the shelf and/or custom developed) in new or existing systems in a minimum of one (1) of the following:
• Command-and-control communication and information systems within a distributed platform environment;
• Command-and-control communication and information systems within a client/server environment;
• Military ISTAR systems;
• Joint or allied C4ISR Interoperability and solutions using NATO Standardization Agreements; and/or
  
  

System management solutions (tools and processes) for communication and information systems and/or ISTAR systems.

• System Architect on Military Command and Control Communication and information systems or ISTAR systems.
