As a Show Services Project Manager (SSPM), you’ll be the driving force behind our Field Services operations, ensuring every installation, dismantle, and show service runs seamlessly from planning to final invoice.
You’ll collaborate with Account Management, Project Management, CAD, and other project teams through our Impact XM Project System Group & Task process, delivering accuracy, efficiency, and excellence on every client project.

You’ll collaborate with Account Management, Project Management, CAD, and other project teams through our Impact XM Project System Group & Task process, delivering accuracy, efficiency, and excellence on every client project.
What You’ll Do
No two days are the same — but here’s what you can expect to own:
- Be the Process Champion – Follow and uphold all Impact XM processes & policies.
- Stay Ahead of the Game – Proactively source Exhibitor Service Manuals for upcoming projects.
- Estimate with Precision – Provide accurate Field Services estimates when needed.
- Kick Off Projects Right – Launch the Field Services project management process for each assigned project.
- Order Like a Pro – Partner with AMs & PMs to identify required services and place orders before deadlines to secure best pricing.
- Dot the I’s, Cross the T’s – Complete all required EAC forms, booth approvals, and show management submissions on time.
- Track & Report – Monitor new orders, updates, and changes; keep all costs updated in project workflow systems.
- Coordinate the Crew – Arrange all Installation & Dismantle (I&D) needs with On Location Inc., including travel for I&D Supervisors.
- Close the Loop – Gather final costs post-show, audit invoices, and resolve contractor disputes as needed.
- Support Finance – Assist with credit card reconciliations to ensure every charge is accurate and accounted for.
You’ll guide and mentor Field Services Project Coordinators, ensuring they’re equipped to deliver at the highest standard while managing departmental workflow.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience – College certificate or equivalent, plus 1–2 years of related experience (or an equivalent blend of education and hands-on know-how).
- Communication Skills – Clear, confident, and professional — whether reading instructions, writing correspondence, or presenting to clients and colleagues.
- Numbers Know-How – Solid grasp of basic math, including fractions, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Ready to adapt to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines with creative solutions.
- Tech Savvy – Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must
