THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, specifically within utility installation and earthworks or hybrid experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and evaluate site performance is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders
- Technical knowledge and project experience related to utility installation and earthworks on commercial/ industrial site development and/or road/highway construction
- Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents
- Good natured management in a fast growing company with a "small company" culture feel
- Projects are fly in/out rotational based schedules with options, local work to Kamloops as well
- Take part in growth and advancement with a group good humans
