Our client, a highly respected law firm providing a full range of business, litigation, and dispute resolution services across Canada and internationally, is looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their dynamic team in Vancouver.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind smooth, efficient, and successful real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing residential and commercial real estate files from both purchase and vendor sides-from start to finish.
  • Reviewing mortgage and security documents and preparing required security packages.
  • Conducting due diligence and Land Title searches, and managing registrations.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing Land Title documents.
  • Preparing mortgage documents, trust letters, statements of adjustments, and related correspondence.
  • Requesting and disbursing funds with precision and accuracy.
  • Drafting final reporting letters to clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Paralegal certificate or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume practice, work independently, and thrive under deadlines.
  • Professional, client-focused communication skills.
  • Experience with iManage and 3E is an asset.
