Delivering the customer their winnings is the final leg of the auction journey for the bidders. The Inventory Handling Specialist are the last smiling face a bidder will see as they head out the warehouse doors to pack up their car with their loot.
Full transparency about this position- this role requires high-energy folks with a customer-focused attitude. They are speedy on the warehouse floor and ensure orders are filled as quickly as possible as the customers wait. The IHS team members need to be quick, like to be physically active, attentive and need to be able to lift 50-60 lbs. If you want to exceed your 10,000 steps per day and prefer a role where the pace is steady, this would be a great fit for you!
As part of the warehouse team you may, from time to time, help with other warehouse functions as needed; loading and unloaded shipments from the suppliers, helping move merchandise within the warehouse and participate in general cleanliness of your work area.

The IHS team is the team who wraps up the customer’s auction adventure. Customers come to the warehouse to pay and pick up their orders at their designated appointment time; they are excited for their winnings and can’t wait to see what they bought.

You make an impact on customer experience by providing them an order pick-up appointment that is free of long waits. You understand that sometimes items are not where they said they are and go the extra mile to find the items for the customers. You are fast, efficient, focused and take pride in your ‘can do’ positive attitude.
