Position summary:
The Manager, Administrative Services plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions across the business unit. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Administrative Services, this role provides strategic leadership to the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of driving efficiency and delivering exceptional internal client service. Occasional travel is required.

As a Manager, Administrative Services your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead a team of Administrative Professionals to ensure overall quality, consistency and efficiency of administrative support services provided to Partners/Principals, Managers & Accountants of all levels to meet the high standards of client service
  • Lead with the Firm’s purpose, strategy and values at the forefront
  • Provide insight, feedback and trend data on the performance of the Admin team to Regional Managers, and assist with initiatives and strategies to deliver on the firm’s purpose
  • Develop and maintain high quality relationship with all team members, Partner/Principal group, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Admin team members to improve the internal and external client experience
  • Coach and develop Administrative Services team members by providing constructive feedback, regular one-on-one meetings, and development opportunities
  • Supervise Administrative Services team’s vacation, work schedules, and locations
  • Work with Regional Manager, P&C and Talent Attraction with recruiting, onboarding, and departures of team members
  • Manage the Administrative team’s needs and present issues to senior leadership as required
  • Assign, distribute, and allocate job responsibilities among team members and manage productivity to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
  • Oversee the delivery and efficacy of the team’s training plans
  • Participate in cross functional projects such as event planning, coordination for office and real estate support, training admin team members of newly integrated firms, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned
