About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer (Technical Sales Consultant) —a tech-savvy, customer-obsessed pro who bridges the gap between sales and product. You’ll partner with account executives to understand client challenges, map out the right solutions using our platform, and bring demos to life that wow.
This is a critical role that combines technical aptitude with commercial acumen, supporting complex pre-sales cycles and ensuring our customers feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team and lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify business goals and solution-fit.
- Design and deliver high-impact demos, tailored to each client’s use case, industry, and objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align platform capabilities with client requirements.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, answering questions, navigating objections, and educating clients on best-fit features.
- Translate technical jargon into business value—and vice versa.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with precision and professionalism.
- Document and share learnings from the field to improve our sales playbooks and product roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a client-facing pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role - preferably in SaaS/ PaaS, with the customer and/or employee engagement, rewards industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, data integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Outstanding communication skills—you’re comfortable speaking to C-level stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- A consultative, problem-solving mindset—you don’t just sell features, you solve challenges.
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with CRM ecosystems, SSO/SAML authentication frameworks, scalable data architectures, and digital reward platform technologies.
