- Recruit Top-Tier Talent: Actively recruit, screen, and place top manufacturing and logistics talent—including machine operators, forklift drivers, warehouse associates, and production supervisors—in roles where they can thrive.
- Consult with Clients: Meet with plant managers, warehouse supervisors, and HR leaders to diagnose critical talent gaps that impact production quotas, safety records, and supply chain efficiency.
- Deliver on Results: Use a combination of high-tech tools and a hands-on, personal approach to manage the recruitment and sales lifecycle with exceptional documentation.
- Negotiate with Purpose: Structure and negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure a maximum return on quality, value-driven solutions.
- Provide Innovative Solutions: Develop and offer creative staffing strategies, such as on-site management programs, temp-to-hire conversions, and direct-hire placements for skilled trades, tailored to the fast-paced M&L environment.
- Champion Service Excellence: Provide services that consistently delight both our clients and our talent, building Randstad's reputation as the top partner in the industry.
What you need to bring:
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience connected to the manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors is highly preferred. You understand the pace, the roles, and the challenges of a shop floor or a distribution center.
- Proven Sales Acumen: A demonstrated history of B2B sales, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing business in an industrial or operational environment.
- Unmatched Drive: Serious ambition and the motivation to make a tangible impact for your candidates and clients.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: A highly accountable, collaborative approach to achieving team goals.
- Resilience & Agility: Proven success in a very fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with the ability to leverage all processes and technology tools to deliver results.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with everyone from a line worker to a C-suite executive.
- Education: High school diploma required; preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education.
