Your Impact: As a GTM Intern, you will be instrumental in empowering our sales team by providing the data and insights they need to succeed. You will play a crucial role in consolidating data from various platforms, helping to build and maintain reports that inform sales forecasting and pipeline health. Your work will directly support our growth, ensuring that the team has the accurate and reliable information needed to drive new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our Toronto, Canada office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Consolidate data from HubSpot, Planhat, and Looker to support comprehensive sales and customer performance reporting.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of metrics across new business, white label, and existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support sales forecasting, pipeline health, and growth visibility.
  • Work closely with account management and GTM teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Partner with new business, customer success, and white label teams to understand reporting requirements and enhance alignment.
  • Help translate data findings into recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
  • Assist in data cleaning and validation to improve the accuracy and reliability of reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
  • Create clear, impactful visualizations (e.g., using Looker) to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support presentations and storytelling with data for internal and external stakeholders.

What you will bring:

  • A strong interest in data analysis and its application to business operations.
  • Basic understanding or a willingness to learn about CRM software (like HubSpot) and business intelligence tools (like Looker).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Formal education in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
