Job Description
In this shift nursing role, as a Pediatric Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled shifts to care for patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work with patients within pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. This is a Full Time Overnight position, must be available from 10pm to 6am on weekdays & weekends. Travel within KWC & Wellesley required.

- Maintaining and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
- Experience in Pediatric care is mandatory
- Experience in delivering community care is an asset
- Clinical skills in gastric feed, tracheostomy, and ventilation care strongly preferred
- Reliability and flexibility
- Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
- Passion for making a difference in your community
- Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs
