Your new role will be
As our newest Technical Sales Representative – CTS Division you will enjoy growing the Compressor Technique Service (CTS) business by building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned customer base in British Columbia. You will work both independently and in collaboration with your Sales Manager, local service technicians and service department to ensure related sales targets are met.
This position is based in Kamloops and requires frequent travel for customer visits and prospecting activities across the province of BC

Your new role will be
As our newest Technical Sales Representative – CTS Division you will enjoy growing the Compressor Technique Service (CTS) business by building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned customer base in British Columbia. You will work both independently and in collaboration with your Sales Manager, local service technicians and service department to ensure related sales targets are met.
This position is based in Kamloops and requires frequent travel for customer visits and prospecting activities across the province of BC
The main activities you’ll take care of
- Increasing and promoting the sales of our compressor service and maintenance packages within the assigned territory through rigorous prospecting activities
- Continuously building and strengthening strong, loyal relationships with our customers through on-site visits and remote virtual meetings
- Promptly responding to our customer requests and effectively arriving with the appropriate solutions for their needs
- Taking responsibility over territory management by maintaining constant interaction with customers to improve overall relations, creating customer satisfaction and preventing escalations in the long run
- Maintaining and reporting all sales data and activities within the CRM System (C4C) and providing feedback on market activity, and any other relevant information
- Collaborating and aligning with our operations team on customer expectations and project requirements to ensure execution is being done in an effective and efficient way
- Committing to your own continuous development by attending trainings, seeking out new resources and updating your service product knowledge
- You have a strong knack for forming relations with customers, internal colleagues and key stakeholders
- You are motivated to grow business in your designated sales territory
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in outside/field sales in a related field (equipment, service contracts, technical product
- You have experience prospecting, cold calling and giving sales presentations
- You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills both verbally and writte
- You have experience using a CRM system, specifically to keep track of your sales activities
- You have good skills using Microsoft Office, Excel
- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver's abstract
- Base Salary, 10% annual performance bonus and commission
