Job Type: Casual – Full-time hours available until mid-September, after which the role transitions to casual status.

Location: Momentum Health & Evidence Sport and Spine: All nine (9) locations in Calgary, AB

Required Hours: Variable between 7AM-8PM (dependent on coverage shift)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Compensation: $17-$19 per hour

Evidence Sport and Spine implements the latest research to provide patients with a multidisciplinary approach to musculoskeletal pain management. Be part of a team of highly trained advanced practice physiotherapists, pain physicians, and physiatrists, passionate about providing the highest standard in evidence-based care. Exceptional patient service, collaborative care and continued growth and improvement are highly valued at Momentum Health & Evidence Sport and Spine. We are presently seeking an enthusiastic Casual Coverage Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

  • Must have a reliable vehicle to commute between clinics
  • Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday’s
  • Direct rehab experience not required; however, experience in a fast paced busy retail or service industry position is an asset
  • Must be able to commit to a one-year term

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with different software applications (MS Office, Google Suite). We use the medical billing systems: Practice Perfect and Med Access and need candidates to be able to learn these systems quickly.
  • High School Diploma
  • Medical Office Administration certification or experience is an asset but not necessary if candidate has experience in a fast-paced retail or service position
