– A strong academic record (GPA) from a reputable university
– Proficiency in English (language test results required if English is not the primary language)
– Proven ability to publish academic papers
– Solid understanding of earthquake engineering and computer modeling
– Interest in multidisciplinary research and a commitment to advancing infrastructure resilience
– Capacity for critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative problem-solving
