About The Role
The Marketing Advisor is responsible for supporting Graham’s overall brand and marketing activities, with an emphasis on digital marketing. As the Advisor, you will execute on and contribute to the digital marketing strategy in innovative and results-driven initiatives. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter/X) and running full-lifecycle digital marketing campaigns concurrently with traditional marketing efforts. The Advisor will bring to the table expertise in writing, content creation, social media best practices, campaign management, audience targeting and engagement reporting. The Advisor contributes to and ensures Graham’s communications standards and brand standards are adhered to consistently across all external channels and touchpoints. Staying close to the business, the Advisor uses strong relationship management and planning skills to determine and oversee the execution of concurrent initiatives, specifically related to Graham’s external marketing and increasing brand awareness. This position requires someone who is a strong writer that excels in relationship building internally and externally to help tell the brand story.
This role is an 18-month contract position.

As a Marketing Advisor At Graham You Will
- Work within the Brand team as collaborative partner to various cross-functional and multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Execute on and contribute to digital marketing strategy and advertising, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and work-winning efforts and increase awareness of Graham’s people, projects, geographical reach and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign goals, unique audiences and measurement needs and provide impactful recommendations to increase engagement and align with best practice.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting and engagement, informed by best practices and content calendar.
- Build and support brand awareness in key regions and markets through an integrated approach to digital and traditional marketing.
- Evaluate campaign performance to determine how best to meet campaign objectives, uncover insights or opportunities, and interpret metrics for optimization.
- Have excellent attention to detail, ensuring quality outputs.
- Support additional communications and marketing initiatives and other duties as required.
- A university degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a medium to large organization (1000+ employee base).
- Strong writing and grammar skills, with the ability to craft quality messaging quickly and accurately.
- Understanding of the execution lifecycle of a digital advertising campaign.
- Resourceful and can prioritize workload and outputs.
- Self-motivated with strong planning, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and continuous interaction with stakeholders.
- Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro or After Effects would considered a valuable asset.
