Our Client is seeking an IMT management consultant with a diverse range of data management skill sets and experience in working in a multi-faceted roles. The role may have aspects of any or all the following: leading, strategizing, planning, consulting, advising, coaching, change management, project management, service design and delivery. There may be aspects of technology analysis, technical analysis, and business analysis.
While this role is primarily remote, onsite meetings up to 3-4 times per fiscal year may be required. Actual onsite attendance may be negotiable, particularly if resource lives outside Alberta. Resource will require own equipment and work during regular business hours. However, due to time-sensitive deliverables, there may occasionally be requests for work outside of standard hours or limited overtime, as needed to meet critical deadlines. Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
Experience with architecting and integrating AI, ML, and analytics services into the enterprise or government data platforms to support orchestration, analysis, and processing at scale. (3+ years)
Experience with managing end-to-end delivery of complex IMT projects, including solution reviews, progress tracking, risk management, and adoption planning. (3+ years)
Experience with leading the design, architecture, and delivery of IMT services and roadmaps using user-centered and agile approaches to meet evolving business needs. (7+ years)
Experience with leading strategic discussions with executives and teams to align stakeholder needs, architectural priorities, and business objectives. (3+ years)
Experience with designing and implementing enterprise data management frameworks, governance models, and lifecycle processes to support a large and complex environment. (5+ years)
Experience with developing business cases, feasibility studies, risk assessments, scope definitions, and project and program plans. (5+ years)
Nice To Have Skills
Experience with architecting and maintaining and orchestrating secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for data and AI services to enable rapid, compliant deployments. (3+ years)
Experience with cloud platforms and their data services, including storage, computing, analytics, and data management tools. Demonstrates familiarity with major cloud ecosystems and the ability to leverage their native services for scalable, secure, and efficient data operations. (7+ years)
Experience with designing and implementing emerging generative and agent-based AI solutions to enhance automation and service delivery. (1+ year)
Experience with applying privacy, security, and compliance requirements to data services and AI solutions to ensure lawful and ethical use. (3+ years)
Experience creating visually compelling architecture diagrams, service blueprints, journey maps, prototype designs, business plans, program plans, strategic plans, tactical plans, operational plans, communication plans and road-maps. (5+ years)
