Alforno Bakery and Cafe seeks servers to join their team, offering full and part-time hours. Joining Alforno means collaborating with Teatro Group's service and quality-focused industry leaders. The Server role involves delivering high-level customer service, accurate order-taking, and maintaining menu knowledge.

What are the duties to perform:

• A minimum of two years of serving experience is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• This role involves delivering high-level customer service, accurate order-taking, and maintaining menu knowledge
• Motivated and creative team player
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Work individually and as a part of a team

• Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
• Must be able to transport up to 30 pounds on occasion and up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
