You As a Subcontractor Insurance Administrator Will

  • Play a key role on our Subcontracts team, obtaining and reviewing all required insurance certificates, WSIB/WCB certificates, and other supporting documentation from subcontractors and project managers to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Review Statutory declarations and Indemnity documents as required.
  • Resolve discrepancies by interfacing with other areas, departments, and subcontractors.
  • Field and properly resolve subcontractor questions and problems regarding payment issues.
  • Assist with other administrative functions as required.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience in insurance data entry is an asset.
