Integrator / Operations Manager to turn the vision into reality. We work primarily with US clients, so your schedule will align with Eastern Time hours.

What You'll Do

  • Translate founder's vision into clear, actionable plans without needing every step spelled out.
  • Build & manage a roster of freelancers, vendors, and partners.
  • Implement operational systems that cut founder involvement in delivery by 50% in the first year.
  • Create and maintain an SOP library for recurring processes.
  • Track KPIs and report weekly to keep projects on time, on budget, and in scope.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and solve them.

Compensation & Details

  • Employee role with base salary + performance bonuses.
  • Base salary: $80,000 $90,000 a year depending on experience.
  • Performance bonus: $6,000$12,000 / year based on hitting operational KPIs.
  • Full-time hours with a 60-day integration period.
