Northern Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for our SaferCare Implementation, providing leadership, coordination, and support for the successful rollout of SaferCare initiatives across our facilities.
The Lead, SaferCare Implementation (the Lead) provides leadership, expertise, education, facilitation and coaching to support the development, implementation and operational support of SaferCare implementations across Northern Health. In adherence with guidelines set by Northern Health and the SaferCare project, the Lead works in conjunction with the facility implementation lead, the site champions and the SaferCare implementation team to resolve issues for SaferCare implementation as they arise. The Lead serves as a principle point of contact for all members of the implementation team and the facility implementation lead, enabling the expected outcomes of SaferCare for each site during the sequential implementations of SaferCare across Northern Health.
The Lead, SaferCare implementation coordinates and facilitates communication and connection between implementation resources in a manner that provides both operational support and project level expertise through the entirety of each implementation process including the stabilization phase. The Lead ensures that each SaferCare implementation initiative is provided the support and resources to ensure an effective and safe transition for each site. The Lead assists with planning, implementation and monitoring of project outcomes and works closely with the SaferCare project manager and clinical, medical and IMIT co-leads to ensure an effective and efficient transition.
Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
