Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation—including a la carte service at Legacy and Regner’s, banquet and event catering, staff dining, and kitchen administration. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of culinary professionals and ensure exceptional food quality, cost control, team training, and compliance with health and safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a full-service hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Red Seal certification or international culinary equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations and à la carte dining.
• Proven experience managing food costs, labor budgets, and kitchen staff performance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
