The Role
The leading AI-powered automation platform transforming revenue teams is looking for a Frontend Engineer to craft intuitive, high-performance user experiences for industry leaders like Zscaler, Ramp, and 1Password. You’ll work across the stack with backend, product, and customer success teams to ship features quickly, refine performance, and directly influence how thousands of sales professionals work every day. This is a hybrid position (up to 4 days a week in office) in the Vancouver area.

Compensation Range: $150K - $180K

You’ll work across the stack with backend, product, and customer success teams to ship features quickly, refine performance, and directly influence how thousands of sales professionals work every day. This is a hybrid position (up to 4 days a week in office) in the Vancouver area.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-End Ownership: Help build foundational systems; contribute to architecture decisions, implement best practices, ensure scale and reliability, maintain and iterate.
- High-Velocity, High-Quality: Hands-on to produce clean maintainable code which serves as an example for others. Quick code review life cycle with multiple deployments done per day. Can jump into backend development to get unblocked with guidance.
- Proactive Contributor: Actively identifies opportunities to enhance processes and technology. Regularly looks for ways to improve front end performance and make the experience more responsive and cohesive for the user. Participates in team initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
- Growth Mindset: Mentoring junior & intern engineers and educating on best practices. Technical guidance through code reviews, design discussions and pairing. Proactive in learning and sharing technical findings with the team.
- Collaborative Decision-Making: Making technical decisions in collaboration with senior team members, balancing speed and technical integrity. Quickly evaluating trade-offs and building consensus. Avoid over engineering. Offer solutions not problems.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate and work with other front end engineers, back end engineers, customer success, and product leaders to deliver key features and delight the customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Effectively addresses and resolves technical challenges, contributing to smooth and timely project delivery.
- Web-application Engineering Experience: 3-5 years in frontend engineering with at least 2 of those years working with SaaS web-application architecture.
- Backend Integration Familiarity: Able to contribute with some guidance at a high velocity. Experience working with GraphQL APIs and developing understanding of backend systems to minimize blockers.
- Experience with Modern Frameworks: Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and architectural patterns, including state management and component libraries. Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest and Jest.
- Growing Technical Leadership: Experience mentoring junior developers and developing technical leadership skills, with a track record of contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Customer Empathy: You'll be asked to take the lead on defining customer requirements and how to delight customers. You'll be presented high-level requirements and then do discovery to find the best solution.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellence in tackling and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on agility and quick adaptation to change.
