About
As part of the Equipment Finance team, you'll work with the account managers in the department to support them in their sales objectives, while ensuring high-quality service for our various business partners.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers to support them in achieving their new business volume and growth objectives.
- Prepare and analyze credit applications from active and future clients.
- Work on annual credit renewals for active clients
- Develop and implement marketing and solicitation strategies to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
- Follow up on monthly audits with existing clients to ensure the security of our portfolio.
- Support account managers throughout the sales cycle with both clients and vendors.
- Ensure impeccable after-sales service for our clients and various partners.
- Structure transactions with the sales team and credit department.
- Create and analyze various reports as requested by the sales team.
- Conduct industry analysis to develop new business opportunities.
- Any other related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably in finance or accounting
- Relevant experience related to the position (experience in financing and/or relations with financial partners will be considered an asset)
- Demonstrate strong financial and sales skills
- Action-oriented with the ability to deliver results
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative, proactivity and sound judgment
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) to serve customers in all provinces
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience with a CRM (an asset)
