Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage framing crews on residential and small commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate framing layouts.
• Set up and assemble wood and steel framing components according to project requirements.
• Ensure work is completed to company quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting productivity and skill development.
• Coordinate daily tasks with contractors, project managers, and other trades.
• Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Track progress and report job status to management.
• Perform hands-on carpentry work alongside the crew when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of framing or carpentry experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew.
• Proficient with basic hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment used in framing.
• Must have PPE, a tool belt, and basic hand tools.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and cell phone required.
• Class 3 driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday - Friday.
