Your Role

• Work collaboratively with the team and clients to achieve project objectives and deliverables
• Provide technical support for waste planning projects including: best practice research, waste composition studies, zero waste planning, development of waste management plans, financial modelling, and community outreach.
• Supervise field staff and maintain safety standards for waste composition studies and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Provide financial, administrative, and logistical project management support for waste planning projects to ensure projects and reports are delivered on time and to budget.
• Develop proposals in response to client requests for proposals.
• Actively identify new business opportunities and pursue means of enhancing personal and business reputations for Tetra Tech.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Project management experience on medium and large projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well as part of a team.
• Creative problem solver who works in a professional and ethical manner.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and listening skills.
• Valid Provincial Class 5 Driver's license (or equivalent).
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship.
