Description

As a Delivery Analyst, your role will be to implement and execute the Field Service and business systems while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines and long-term strategy. You will work closely with LTS cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-impact solutions—often within LTS environments like Salesforce, Cloud platforms, or custom client integrations.

With oversight from your manager, you will guide the planning and execution of Salesforce Field Service solutions – collaborating with the Systems Specialist, Salesforce Specialist, and Salesforce Developer to define project outcomes and ensure seamless delivery that meets scope and schedule.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supports the successful delivery of medium-sized projects by developing and maintaining project plans, documentation, and status reports.
  • Ensures business workflow tools are available and effective for both the Field Service and business teams.
  • Supports with identifying risks, implements mitigation strategies, and continuously improves delivery processes and tools to maintain project momentum and alignment with business needs.
  • Leads daily stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams including Systems Specialist, Salesforce Specialist, Salesforce Developer, and Programmer Analyst to ensure progress on deliverables.
  • Collaborates with Field Service and business unit leaders to implement effective work execution that aligns with project goals and operational priorities.
  • Establishes and maintains proactive communication with key stakeholders to share project milestones, requirements, and updates.
  • Supports the intake and evaluation of new work requests by gathering relevant information and drafting high-level timelines.
  • Summarizes team activities using internal tools and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and tracking of team efforts.
  • Facilitates stakeholder meetings to align on backlog priorities, monthly activities, release plans, and system support requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working within Salesforce development teams, including hands-on use of Salesforce Field Service.
  • Proven track record delivering medium-scale projects and support programs for 50+ users.
  • Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, set direction in ambiguous situations, and drive weekly execution.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles using Agile or Waterfall approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile project management and experience leading daily Scrum meetings.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong customer-facing and facilitation abilities.
  • Skilled in prioritization, timeline tracking, and managing competing demands.
