Marketing Manager - Intermediate:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager - Intermediate for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Marketing Manager - Intermediate - Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive acquisition growth objectives within the Loyalty Programs & Payments Line of Business. This role requires expertise in Canadian retail credit cards to enhance the overall growth of the bank.


Marketing Manager - Intermediate - Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing plans and strategies for new and existing credit card customers to align with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign requirements, ensuring timely and flawless delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, stakeholders, and external vendors to develop and review campaign creative.
  • Track and report on the results and outcomes of marketing initiatives to partners and executives.
  • Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support the planning process.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends and innovations for growth.
  • Ensure compliance of consumer-facing materials with current regulations in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.


Marketing Manager - Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with major financial institutions is an asset.
  • Completed undergraduate degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related field.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively.


Marketing Manager - Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with analytics and previous experience in loyalty programs.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for enhancing customer experiences.


Marketing Manager - Intermediate – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
