  • Own and manage project schedules from pre-planning through execution.
  • Proactively monitor progress and communicate delays or concerns before they escalate.
  • Control project costs, including material tracking, labour reporting, and invoice reviews.
  • Act as the main liaison between Seagate and clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage contracts, including negotiation of changes or additions.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, including negotiation of changes or additions.
  • Support and mentor Project Coordinators and Assistant PMs.
  • Provide clear task lists, regular status updates, and highlight risks or issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in construction project management, ideally with a general contractor or subtrade.
  • Mass timber, structural steel, or pre-fabrication experience is a significant asset.
  • Experience managing commercial or industrial projects.
  • Strong communication, initiative, and time management skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to report upstream and manage deliverables independently.
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

What We Offer

  • Extended health and dental benefits.
  • Matching RRSP program.
  • Paid vacation and professional development support.
  • A collaborative team environment; we work together in an open-office setup to share knowledge and grow collectively.
  • The chance to build cutting-edge projects using sustainable materials and systems.
