Hey! Are you passionate about supporting individuals on their musical journey? I'm Joy, Community Team Leader at Musora, and I'm on the lookout for a dynamic individual to step into the role of Piano Coach.
The Piano Coach is all about crafting unforgettable experiences for our students along their musical learning path.
Your mission: to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting note of support and satisfaction. The right candidate for this position will first and foremost have a background in MUSIC, customer service and understands the importance of building relationships.

- The salary range for this role is $48-53,000.00. Most candidates can expect an offer toward the lower to mid part of the range, depending on experience and alignment with the role’s requirements.
Key Duties:
- Build meaningful relationships with the student community by engaging in community spaces such as lesson comments, Facebook, Discord, forums, and live sessions.
- Student communication and engagement.
- Stay informed about content releases on our websites and social media and reported issues.
- Provide guidance, advice & feedback for students about their musical journey.
- Provide support and connection points for the volunteer Moderator team.
- Be a voice for our student community, challenging the status quo when appropriate.
- Other assignments and special projects as needed.
- Community engagement levels for Musora.
- Retention and lifetime value for students on their musical journey.
- Development of outcomes-based learning objectives for students.
- Editing and uploading of student review videos and created content.
- Ensure your presence and active engagement during your scheduled shift
- Be knowledgeable about current trends in the music industry and online learning.
- A high level of confidentiality regarding student-related information is required.
Knowledge/Education/Experience
- Proficient in both written and verbal English.
- Extensive knowledge and a deep passion for music and musical concepts.
- Skilled in articulating and developing learning objectives and goals for students.
- Active performance experience in live music settings.
- Proficiency in required instrument.
- Ability to exhibit the Company's Core Values: Empathy, Passion, and Grit.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a warm, empathetic, and upbeat approach when communicating with students and moderators.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Works independently.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Comfortable with Google Suite.
- Proficiency with Social Media and editing film for Social Media.
