Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse (Part-Time, On-Site)
Location: Huntsville, Ontario
Schedule: As-needed coverage (vacation/sick leave), MonFri, 6:30 AM 2:30 PM
Overview:
Seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Nurse to lead and deliver occupational health services for plant employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, injury/illness assessment, disability management, and promotion of health and wellness. This role covers the full-time nurse during absences and requires quick onboarding before mid-September.

Overview:
Seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Nurse to lead and deliver occupational health services for plant employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, injury/illness assessment, disability management, and promotion of health and wellness. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational health programs in compliance with provincial/federal regulations
- Assess and manage workplace injuries/illness in partnership with Technical Rescue Team
- Administer return-to-work, modified work, and accommodation programs
- Manage WSIB claims, medical documentation, and health-related reporting
- Conduct respiratory fit testing and other mandated health assessments
- Promote employee wellness and support training initiatives
- Registered Nurse (Ontario), BScN, COHN(C) certified
- Current First Aid & CPR, audiometry, spirometry certified
- 5+ years in occupational health, ER, or urgent care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (e.g., Cority, MedGate)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
