P1370 - Junior Operational Analyst - Investigative Services

Reports to the Manager of the Intelligence Unit. This position is comprised of up to 30% clerical work and the remainder being non-clerical work. The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks that directly impact the outcome of policing investigations including the preparation of Court packages, detailed data entry in a plurality of systems, and identifying process improvement opportunities as they relate to general duty policing.
The incumbent will be required to prepare and disseminate reports on a diverse array of topics to various levels of senior staff and management requiring collaboration with other junior and senior analysts within the Codiac RCMP.
The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring multiple task queues and e-mail inboxes for possible follow-up and/or action from senior NCO’s.
This position deals with highly sensitive information and requires a discrete, focused, and detail-oriented person.
