As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our clients, ensuring their Subaru experience is smooth, efficient, and worry-free. With your expertise and attention to detail, you’ll navigate customers through their service needs, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 – $23.00, plus performance bonus

What Your Day Looks Like

• Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
• Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
• Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
• Creating detailed repair orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
• Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
• Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with Porsche service standards.
• Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Automotive service experience is an asset but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, composed and collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
