About the Job

This role will support the Canadian business in several different functions including sales, finance and administration. Responsibilities will include working closely with Sales to provide Supply Chain updates to Demand Planning in the US, managing all administrative Sales tasks and coordinating office operations, providing basic backup for Finance as well as providing customer-related background for business-making decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with product launches, including populating Product Information Forms (PIFs), Innomar set-up forms, and customer set-up forms
  • Ensure accuracy of product specifications provided by Production and help coordinate product photography
  • Develop sales aids and materials for new products and promotions
  • Manage and coordinate Amazon.ca Seller Central account, monitoring product listings and account health
  • Track and report sales performance for new launches and promotional programs
  • Manage product listings and ensure the timely submission of Retail and Hospital RFPs
  • Update and distribute price lists to customers
  • Monitor inventory levels at Innomar and collaborate with the US Demand Planning Team for inventory forecasting and planning
  • Analyze and assess supply shortages, applying allocations to minimize MCS penalties
  • Post all Glenmark shortages on the Health Canada Drug Shortages website and track related updates
  • Manage GS1 Canada account and oversee related initiatives to ensure compliance
  • Partner with the Director of Sales and Marketing to manage trade shows and promotional budgets
  • Coordinate profitability assessments for new listings, programs, and RFPs with Sales and Finance
  • Review and update sales forecasts monthly with the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Review and assess product launches and promotional sales programs with the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Maintain and regularly update existing business cases for ongoing in-house and BD opportunities
  • Build ad-hoc business cases to evaluate new opportunities
  • Use market data (ex. IQVIA) to provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions
  • Prepare and process claims, invoices, and other paperwork for Sales & Marketing
  • Lead special projects on an as needed basis
  • Undertake process improvements to streamline operations across departments

Qualifications

Education

  • University Degree (Business or Science Degree Preferred)

Experience

  • Some knowledge and experience in Canadian Pharmaceutical market preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing several projects

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks at the same time with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Some knowledge and experience in Sales (Pharmaceutical preferred)
  • Ability to travel and at times work outside of traditional business hours

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range - $60,000 – 73,000 CAD

The compensation range provided reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits. An individual’s final compensation offer will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education level, relevant experience, training, and geographic location.
