Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to initiatives related to the digital transformation of financial systems.
• Estimate, analyze, and recommend process mapping aligned with industry best practices.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including analysis of the balance sheet and income statement.
• Assist in the development and interpretation of performance indicators.
• Collaborate with management on various departmental and organizational projects.
• Monitor financial and economic developments to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  
  

Required Profile

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.
• CPA designation required.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to set priorities and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills. High adaptability.
• Commitment to maintaining operational excellence through versatility and teamwork.
