Schedule: 5/2 (site work and weekends as needed)

Position Summary
This role involves moving in and out of the Scaffold as Insulation needs come up. As the workload grows, there’s potential to step into a lead role and run a crew. If you’re looking to get onboard with a driven team, building a new division from the ground up, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

Position Summary
This role involves moving in and out of the Scaffold as Insulation needs come up. As the workload grows, there’s potential to step into a lead role and run a crew. Other responsibilities:
- Apply, remove, and repair thermal and insulation materials.
- Read/interpret drawings and specifications to determine the insulation needs.
- Select the appropriate type and quantity of insulation to install, along with the method for securing it (e.g., pin welding, wiring, banding, taping), based on factors such as surface shape, temperature (hot or cold), location (indoor or outdoor), and the equipment's intended use.
- Measure and cut insulation materials and coverings to fit the required shape and size, including adapting insulation around obstacles or shaping materials and protective coverings as needed.
- Install vapor barriers and finish insulated surfaces with materials such as metal cladding, canvas, PVC, or cement.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Journeyperson insulator red seal ticket (equivalent proof of hours also accepted).
- Journeyperson or apprentice 3/4 scaffolder (equivalent proof of hours also accepted).
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial insulation & 3 years scaffolding.
- Must have CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, ESC Fall Protection, ESC EWP., ESC H2S Alive & LSE
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience leading crews/supervisory experience.
- Pervious experience estimating insulating jobs.
- A team player with strong people skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations.
- Skilled in multitasking and effectively prioritizing multiple tasks and demands.
- Capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
