You will be responsible for managing research projects, analyzing data, and making recommendations to enhance client and advisor experiences in the insurance, individual savings, and retirement sector.
In your role, you will support and amplify our efforts with business units to better understand, measure, and improve the experiences offered by the sector. You will play a crucial role in evolving our practices and significantly contribute to developing a client-centered culture.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end quantitative or qualitative research projects (needs assessment, methodology, questionnaire/guide design, fieldwork/interviews, analysis, and reporting).
- Structure and strengthen the research practice within the sector and proactively and creatively evolve it.
- Analyze and synthesize collected data to formulate concrete improvement recommendations.
- Build, manage, and facilitate an advisor panel to ease feedback and amplify the advisors' voice within project teams.
- Support and advise project teams in identifying, implementing (if applicable), and monitoring performance indicators.
- Develop and optimize the tracking of performance indicators.
- Influence: Act as a catalyst to promote a client and advisor-centered culture.
- Inspire and improve: Stay abreast of best practices to propose continuous improvement measures.
- Deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research and autonomy in managing end-to-end research projects.
- Ability to manage, influence, and build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to understand business realities and analyze data to identify and prioritize client and advisor needs.
- Innovative, solution-oriented, and resourceful mindset.
- Capable of managing multiple files simultaneously and effectively prioritizing time and efforts.
- Able to work in a team, collaborate, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of specialization in Market Research or a related field.
- Relevant experience in managing and conducting quantitative (surveys, etc.) and qualitative (interviews, focus groups, etc.) research projects.
- Proficiency with survey tools (programming, etc.) and data management, including Excel, e.g., creating pivot tables.
- Experience in market research firms (a strong asset).
- Knowledge of the insurance and individual savings industry or the financial sector in general (an asset).
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as it is the primary language of communication.
- Advanced level in English, both oral and written, due to weekly tasks to be performed in English. Tasks in English include oral communication via videoconference to lead meetings and make presentations, as well as drafting questionnaires and emails with unilingual English-speaking partners.
