Experience migrating Data Centers from On-Premise to Cloud (AWS) required.

Qualifications & Background

At least 5 years of progressive experience delivering IT-focused initiatives from initial planning through to completion, with a strong emphasis on client outcomes.
Minimum 3 years overseeing large-scale or complex technology programs.
Demonstrated success in driving projects within Agile frameworks, with familiarity in both SDLC and PDLC principles.
Solid grasp of multiple project delivery approaches, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Skilled at managing competing priorities and deadlines across multiple work streams.
Adept at leading diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
Background in budgeting, resource planning, and mitigating delivery risks within IT environments.
Experience working in structured or unionized settings considered an asset.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes and financial goals.
Track record of introducing creative, efficiency-focused strategies and gaining stakeholder alignment.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Capable of building and maintaining productive relationships across technical, operational, and business teams.
Comfortable with project management and collaboration platforms.
Exposure to managing distributed Agile teams is a plus.
Familiarity with scaled Agile delivery practices is an advantage.
